Automate the Cycle of Your Offer
Before you can dive into sharing your message and attracting visitors to your site, make sure you have all of your technology and automation prepared. Focus on automating the cycle process of your offer. Prepping these in advance ensures you can fully take advantage of the various methods that traffic bring, while giving you the freedom to know the process is automated.
Here are the four automations you need to prepare in advance:
- Data Capture Form: A Data Capture Form is what you use to gather customer data. You’ll need it for your lead magnets and challenges as it’s used for polls/quizzes and gathering contact information.
- CRM System: You need a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) to monitor and track customer interactions.
- Email Marketing Campaign: Once you gather customer information through lead magnets or challenges, you want to follow up with an Email Marketing Campaign. You can also use them to spread the word about things like guest blogs.
- eCommerce Ordering Platform: For prospects ready to purchase your offer, you need to have an automated order form and checkout process.
